You will first need to verify the added domain and then mark it active. To verify the added domain/subdomain, click the red disable icon under the Is Verified column and the following pop-up appears:

  • Subdomain: Click the Request button to confirm the RX record. You don’t need to perform additional record updates in this case. It will mark the subdomain as Verified.
  • Custom Domain: Make sure to follow the MX Records change steps for your domain. Once done, please click the Request button, and the domain will be verified if the MX Record is found. If not, the application will display an error message.

Once your domain (subdomain or custom domain) is verified, click the red disable icon under the Is Active column to activate your domain. Upon activating, the private emails can be configured for it as explained in this document.

Besides, you can delete a subdomain/custom domain by clicking the deletion icon given next to the custom domain/subdomain row.
